What do I need to have when I pick up the vehicle?

Upon receipt of the car, you will be asked for the following:

  • Valid driving permit (Greek, European for EU countries or International Driving License accompanied by the driving permit of your country) with a date of issue at least one year before the date of rental.
  • Credit card
  • Passport or ID

All of the above must display the name of the individual that will be driving the Vehicle.

How do I pick up and hand over the vehicle?

Our Customers can pick up and hand over the vehicle 24/7 at EcoMobilo premises, Chania airport, Souda port or on the basis of an agreement in the area you wish.

What happens in the event of an accident?

Customers will be required to pay the relevant amount of liability exempt in the event of damage and provide a completed and signed Accident Statement Form provided by us

Can I cancel my reservation?

Cancellations are accepted without any further charge provided they are made up to 14 days before the scheduled start of the rental. In the event of cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled start of the rental, no deposit or payment will be refunded.

Methods of payment?

Bookings via the https://www.ecomobilo.com website require a credit card to be completed. In order to receive the car, a personal credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) of the lessee is required for the pre-approval and payment of the amounts relating to the deposit, the guarantee and the payment of the rental.

Are My Transactions Safe?

EcoMobilo P.C offers you the Alpha e-Commerce e-commerce service in line with best international payment practices and with the most up-to-date international security services.

Information about the card (card number, CVV2 / CVC2, expiration date) is transmitted / transmitted over the Internet in encrypted form (SSL 128-bit encryption) and is not accessible.
